Shipping Information
Items purchased from GauchoShop.com will typically be shipped within three business days. GauchoShop.com ships worldwide through Correo Argentino from our Argentine office located in Buenos Aires Province, La Plata City. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
The shipping is charged by the product's weight. Additional charge may be required for heavier orders.
While we do try to ship within three business days, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the product to arrive to most locations wolrdwide, depending on the country. The delivery time with this shipping method is NOT guaranteed. It is merely computed based on the average delivery time of majority of orders shipped by GuachoShop.com. Therefore some orders may take much longer to arrive depending on the courier service in your contry(very rare, improbable).
Please notice Certified Mail does not provide tracking service during transit. You will only receive delivery or attempted delivery information.
To ensure your order arrives on time for the special occasions, we highly recommend you place your order as early as possible.
International orders are welcome. Please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order, some charges might be added there, and must be paid by the purchaser.
Handmade Products
All items shown at GauchoShop.com are carefully handmade and are not stored in mass quantities, therefore please allow up to 1 week for backordered items delivery. We will always do our best to deliver as soon as possible before this time. In case the time needed for manufacture may take more than 1 week you will receive an email notification and offered a chance to cancel the order.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Orders Canceled or refused after shipped date will be subject to freight and 40% restocking charges.
Guarantee
GuachoShop.com wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied -for any reason- with a product you received, return(shipping paid by customer) the item unused(inside its original packaging) within 30 days of purchase and we will give you the same amount in credit for you to use in our store.
If you are not satisfied -for any reason- with a product you received, it may be returned for a full credit in our store minus shipping cost. However, merchandise may be returned only with the prior approval of GauchoShop.com. To request a return, contact us by telephone or e-mail, explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. All items must be returned in their original condition (unused).
GauchoShop.com is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return, so we recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable.
